Free Operating System: Default installed our trial OEM windows 10/8/7 pro English for free, other languages can be selected among: Russian,Spanish,Portuguese,French,German,Arabic,Italian,Japanese,Turkish,Greek etc. Please inform us which language you want to install. Other systems we can install free are like Linux Ubuntu etc if you need. Seller is not responsible for trial OEM system.
Accessories as RAM, SSD, we use famous brand: samsung, micron, SanDisk, toshiba, hynix, crucial, liteon, kingston, phison, Longsys etc, What brand we use depends on our test and our stock.
1. We send to the Buyer’s address specified on Aliexpress. Please check your address/city/ post code, making sure it’s matched with your shipping address.
2. We can’t control the delivery time because it is processed by Third-party service. If the parcel has not arrived within expected time, please contact us, we will extend the delivery date before opening dispute.
3. Normally we ship for free by faster delivery mode such as DHL, EMS, Fedex, our express agent special line, etc. It depends on different countries and different cases. But for those remote areas, we have to ship for free by registered postal mail, it will be slower than EMS, DHL, Fedex, etc. You can also add extra fees for DHL, EMS, Fedex, etc. faster shipment ways, thanks for understanding.
